Sunsilk Lusciously thick and long conditioner review

Review: Sunsilk Lusciously thick and long conditioner

Hey girls!!
How are you? There’s a time when you feel.. Arghh my hair getting so dry!! Which can be called as bad hair phase, may be!! I am facing the same for the past couple of days.
I think this time can be pretty good to check the potential of your favorite shampoo and the conditioner. I in anyways, rely on my home made masks more but when you don’t have time! then what, conditioners and serums come to our rescue.

I will review Sunsilk conditioner which was my first shampoo brand when I was a teenager. Over, the years, I have been sticking to other brands and recently bumped into it again! I don’t know the exact reason why I discontinued using it, but there is a reason ,why I have started using it. I really wanted to try this sunsilk conditioner after watching the ads. As simple as that, how a regular consumer purchases a product.

Price- It is for 108 rupees for 180 ml and 56 NR for 90ml. You can try the smaller pack, before buying the bigger one.
Sunsilk claims Enriched with Keratin Yoghurt Nutri complex, sunsilk conditioner's its extra rich formulation nourishes and conditions hair fibers thoroughly strengthening your locks from the root to the tip making them long, healthy and abundant.
This sunsilk conditioner variant is the pink one which is for thick and luscious hair to be precise and comes in a regular flip top pink pack. Sunsilk lusciously thick and long conditioner is a baby pink colored product, that smell really good and not artificial or too strong. By the way, it is said that this variant has been formulated by teddy Charles who’s a hair care expert from Paris.
My first brush up with this product was so pleasant that made me like it then and there, as my hair felt smoother and less on the frizz which is what I really wanted especially when I was through a dry hair phase as I mentioned!

After using this, my hair looked more voluminous and still soft; there was a bounce in them which I was lacking all these days. I am completely satisfied this product and I think this is one such product which I will be repurchasing as at times even if a product works good I hop on to try others, but after trying a lot of other brands, as of now, I am going to stick to this till the time I get the same results! Fingers crossed!
Now, one thing to be noted here, My hair were getting dry but they are normally very silky and the dryness wasn’t too much, if I compare that with someone who has extremely dry curly hair.

So, I will recommend this sunsilk conditioner to those of you whose hair type isn’t very dry and more on the normal side but still even if you have, there is no problem, you can try and see if it works for you, upto some extent. I also tried tresemme shampoo recently which were quite good

Pros of Sunsilk Lusciously thick and long conditioner:
Sunsilk products are easily available.
It is affordable.
Smells pleasant and not at all strong
It has wheat protein, lactic acid and yoghurt powder along with other chemical ingredients
You can see the list of ingredients on the pack itself.
Makes hair softer and smoother
Hair felt bouncier and frizz was reduced.
Does not weigh down the hair, even if too much has been used.

Cons of Sunsilk Lusciously thick and long conditioner:
May not work as good on very dry hair types

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

Take: After using a lot of conditioners from the other brands, this Sunsilk thick and luscious conditioner clearly wins for me and my hair type. It does what a conditioner is supposed to do like softens and smoothens the hair and reducing frizz. I will highly recommend it. Try with the smaller pack and see whether it suits you!

  9. I keep going back to sunsilk shampoos and conditioners.. even if I experiment with other brands. I think one can find them in every other household. I quite like all of them (except the black one which I am not too fond of). Nice review :)
