I love Maybelline as a brand that is affordable and comes up with so many exciting products throughout the year! Ask anyone who have used their mascaras especially and Bold matte and recent being the color show range. I used to think, there should be a budget blush as well from Maybelline and that Wish was fulfilled when they launched this Cheeky Glow blush.

They are very inexpensively priced at 225 INR for which you get 7 g of the product, which is going to last long! By the way, they have a shelf life of 36 months.

I love its tiny cute packaging that you can easily slide into your clutches as well. Just have a look, it looks pretty isn’t it!

I actually wanted to try it as soon as I saw it has been launched but sadly, it wasn’t available online or over the counters! I visited three counters in different places. I was like.. why??? I really need to try it!! At last, got it from medplus 2 weeks ago! Yaay!!

I even asked him (???) to check if he’s nearby any counter when I wasn’t with him.

The blush is settled in dome shape in the pan and the lid is transparent. It isn’t completely matte has slight shimmers which are negligible as it is visible until you look too closely.

I got this shade in Peachy sweetie which is a pink with slight coolness to it, which will make it more suitable for fair skin tones for a fresh look. On me, this color looks very natural, but I don’t think this shade is a great choice for duskier skin tones.

The formula isn’t extremely pigmented like Inglot’s blushes or too powdery but somewhere in the middle which will definitely make it fall under the categories of blushes that are decently pigmented and are in budget. I am okay with this as when you are in hurry and you may be knowing that you have to be a bit careful while using extremely pigmented blushes. You will not want to walk in Public with high intensity blush adorning your cheeks!! Right ?

I realized, it doesn’t last too long since it has a powdery texture, but it isn’t disappointing! To increase the staying power, I use it with my Nyx cream Blush in Rose petal which is a very similar color and acts as a great base before putting this.

I have not faced any breakouts on my cheeks or any skin problems due to this, so I would say for me, it is safe. I am liking this blush a lot due to its cutesy packaging and lovely color!

Do you realize how we girls are attracted to products which are cute looking even if they serve averagely, just like we like pinks..  Pinks.. Umm I like pinks.. But not when it comes to dressing! Especially baby pinks. Stay away from that color.. will never ever wear it! Love Rani pink though!!

Affordable.. Noh!! very affordable.

Three colors to choose from and peachy sweetie is the lightest pink with peachy cool  tones.

Decent pigmentation which isn’t too chalky or powdery.

It has very fine and subtle shimmers that add a soft glow to your cheeks.

Blends really well and easily

Cons of Maybelline Cheeky Blush Peachy Sweetie :

Staying powder is bit average.

It is not super duper matte so may be matte lovers can skip but trust me shimmers are not even that visible.

Take: Maybelline cheeky blush is undoubtedly a budget product that gives you three colors to choose from. They are decently pigmented, not powdery and blend really well, even if you are in hurry. I only wish their staying power could have been a tad better but nevertheless, if you are looking for cute new blushes you can try these.
