Blue colorful eye makeup Tutorial with steps

I
realized that I had not shared an eye makeup look from quite a long time so
what I did, day before yesterday, I did four eye makeup tutorial one by one
since, I will be a bit busy in the coming days so, I utilized my time and now, I
can scheduled time for every coming Saturday or Sunday. Yaay! I am happy! :D

I
will share this colorful pink and blue look with you, which was the last one that
I did. For this I have used three colors 2 shimmery pearly and a matte with
purple eyeliner pencil.
I should say that it may be colorful but still while I
had it on my eyes, it looked very wearable kinds. Even mum said that it looks colorful but one
can comfortably wear it.

then, here are the steps which I followed.
1.
As usual, I primed my eyes, you can see that my lid is a little dark as I used Faces
metallic eye primer and filled in my eye brows.
2.
I then used a bright blue pearly eye shadow from the vov eye shadow palette and
placed it on the inner half of the lid.
3.
Then, I applied a magenta pink pearly shade on the outer half of the lid and
gently patted the area with the flat eye shadow brush where the two colors meet
due to which you can see the silver shimmers in both the eye shadows became
prominent and seems as if a silver shadow has been used, which I didn’t.:D

Now, these are shimmery pearly colors so I am not blending the harsh edges as
by doing this the shimmers can get patchy and looks bad or I am not aware how
to do that. :
So,
what I did? I used a similar magenta shade in matte from the 120 eye shadow palette.

I took some more of the matte shade and placed it over the previous two colors
and while blending extended upwards towards my brow bone.

7. I used a purple eye pencil and applied it on my waterline. Then smudged it
as some chunks got trapped between my lower lash line and to bring the color
down. I also used a fan brush to dust off any shimmers that was out of the way.
You can see the shimmers are scattered till the step 5 and after step 6 it isn’t.

I applied a matte purple along the lower lash line to create a more dramatic
and smokey kind of effect. I used mascara as I wanted to see how it’s going to
look without the eyeliner and I think it could be used that way as well.
9.
then I applied a liquid eyeliner and some liquid was on my lashes too due to

that was it and we are done!!!!

VOV eye shadow palette
Faces eyeliner pencil in Purple
Rimmel London Extra curve mascara
Faces metallic eye primer
Lakme Radiance compact to remove fall outs

This is a very pretty look Niesha. In fact #8 without the liner looks prettier to me than #9 with liner. Which purple eye pencil have you used? It quite goes with the rest of the colors.
ReplyDeletehehe You know dear!! Even I stopped at no 8 only and clicked the final shots as well.. then I realized let's see how it looks with the liner and then decided to put all the steps.. so that with and without liner can be seen.:) I have used the same Faces purple one.
Deletehonestly I could never imagine someone wearing an eye shadow without a liner as it feels very odd even to imagine. But I was surprised to see this look. And the eye pencil looks different in color than what i had seen in the Faces purple pencil review. There it looked a very bright purple. Here it is muted may be because you have smudged it.
Delete:D But that's fine I have seen a lot of Hollywood celebrities and ours as well who will just use eye shadows and no liner. I smudged it with the same smuge brush i may have used to smudge a kohl earlier so it got dark probably due to that.
