Recently
Maybelline launched its Color Show nail polish collection which were in stores from October and ever since this news reached me, I was really excited to
try them and got 4 of these out of which I will show 2 today.
They are Wine
& Dine and Bold Gold. Their
cute bottle and the price which is only 75 rupees for 6 ml, makes them a must
try. I have become a fan of their packaging!

"Wine
and dine" is a deep brown with visible red hues making it a perfect fall color!
It has fine coppery, silvery and brown shimmer that makes it even more alluring.
I am in love with this color. Moreover, It doesn’t smell bad, I mean too much acetone
kind of smell and also formula is really pigmented and creamy which spreads really
well. You will need only one coat to get the true color but I always go for at
least 2 coats.
I
noticed that they are cheaper and better than Coloramas in terms of the texture
and the staying power. It stays around 2 – 3 days without chipping that can be
further enhanced by the application of the top coat!

I
will recommend this color to all those of you who love dark and deep shades.
In anyways winters are here so, you cant make an excuse not to wear them!
Moving on with the "Bold Gold" which reminds me of a Egyptian, bronze goddess kind of
color. First of all, I must say that it is the most pigmented Gold color that I have
seen. Else most of the gold colors need at least two coats to show off the true
color but this one has such an amazing formula that, one coat and you are done.
Not
only this, it’s so pigmented that it can hide even the darker shades underneath
it in just a swipe!! How cool is that! Awesome! Gold lovers should not miss
this. Isko try karna to banta hai!

As
it’s a gold shade full of gold shimmers, it tends to streak but doesn’t streak
too badly though! Check out the pictures.

Overall,
I am in love with this range of Maybelline color show nail paints there are so
many colors that you can choose from right from grey to blues and from reds to
teals.

I
felt like trying all of them because of their price but as I had similar shade
from other brands as well, I controlled myself
but I will highly recommend these!! Will swatch the other 2 soon so, stay tuned!

I loved the Gold one ever since I got to know of the release and checked for swatches. I had read that this chips off easily but this review and swatches really helped. I will surely try it. Thanks :)
