L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam

Hey everyone, I'm going to share this review of this product that I used a while ago and it is something that is worth sharing the review for.

This is the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam. As the summer is approaching, oily skin tends to get crazily oily.

Last year, my skin was the breaking out unstoppable. With the heat and pollution my skin breaks out because of the constant sebum secretion over my T-Zone.

The cleanser has a very foaming nature therefore, the amount that you need would be more than sufficient. I generally used to take two squirts of this product. The pump does not give out too much product which is good in a way that it prevents product wastage.

It has a very fresh and mild scent which isn’t harsh or over the top perfume like. Now, coming to my short acne story, I had breakouts and cystic acne on my jaw-line and few over the cheeks. I guess my habit of unconsciously touching my chin also contributed to the breakouts. The cleanser gives decent foaming lathers which work up on the facial skin ad dissolves the sebum, impurities trapped in the pores.

Also, it won’t dry the skin, which is the best thing as I dislike the cleanser that makes my skin dry after the use. So while removing the oils this, cleanser made sure that the skin stays pH balanced. Be ensured that it would not strip the skin off the lubricating essential oils.

It also removed the gunk, dirt that we accumulate on our skin plus the makeup product traces like the foundation, BB creams and the face creams.

So all in all it does a good job as an everyday face cleanser to keep your skin oil-free and to eliminate the acne. Moreover, I was like really happy that this has cured the acne that I already had when I started using this product. After that I used to apply oil free face moisturizer from Neutrogena. At night an anti-pimple clearing gel would do the needful in getting the clear skin back.

This was my go to product at the time, when my skin started to break out frequently.

Other than that, I also used neem tea tree facial mask and a charcoal face mask once in a week. So if you like to have an effective acne clearing face wash for oily and acne prone skin, then do consider this.
