Some Jewellery shopping and My Khoobsurat Moment
Hey all!!
We girls can never say No, when it comes to shopping. I have never been into precious jewellery. Blame it on the fact that, I am a very forgetful person due to which I have a track record of loosing out things but when you grow up things change. Last weekend, when my mum asked me to accompany her to pick up some Gold jewellery. For who? Of course, For me. I jumped and said yes with a big grin! Actually, I have been waiting for that for the past few months but time folks.
We went to PCJ in South Ex. There is a friend/acquaintance of mine who works there, so every time, I go there it feels really good to meet her. I wanted to get myself a gold chain with earrings, not too heavy as I wanted something for daily wear and you know I can't wear heavy dangly things daily. I was checking out myself in the mirror while trying out different designs. Let me tell you a secret here, my concentration rather than checking out how the jewellery looked on me, was more on myself, as in admiring the new hair colour, my skin which was glowing due to so many lights in that place and my hair which were lustrous and I was like, Yeah, my hair looks good, wish I could have the same hair everyday, I hate bad hair days or anything like that.
But there was one thing which I also noticed that the girl who was assisting us kept looking at me. I thought may be my face looked ashy or something's wrong with my face or clothes. I get really conscious when something like this happens, seriously!
We did our shopping, and while we were just going out, I said bye to my friend and the girls who assisted us, one of them (the same one who kept staring) said, You have really pretty eyes, I grinned and let her know the secret which isn't that secret anymore. haha. You know that right? then, she said I liked your hair and this time there was no secret. All I did was to thank her and get out of the shop. Aptly called as a Khoobsurat moment isn't it?
I came back home and peacefully wore the pieces and checked them! So, Someone complimented, I got new jewellery and what else I could have asked for in a day?

I'm not really a jewelry girl at all! I'm super simple with studs and maybe a one jewel long necklace! I'm allergic to a lot of metals and plastics. I really like the gold band you got, the color of gold also is very flattering on you!
