Avon Senses Body Spray in Lagoon and Sunset Review

Hello everyone!!!

It’s really important to smell good and feel refreshing throughout the day and for that there are a lot of body sprays and deodorants in the market that we keep on trying but I haven’t done any reviews on any of those yet until recently someone asked me about these Avon Senses body sprays which I had shown in my haul post a couple of weeks ago or months ago may be!!

I used to think, if there is a particular fragrance which I like, doesn’t mean everyone will be a fan of that but still keeping that side I thought of doing a short review on these Avon deodorizing body sprays to start with. By the way they look really colorful!! Aren't they?

You can get these from Any Avon representative (now, you may be thinking it's hard to catch hold of one) and also from eBay India but you will have to pay the delivery charges so better find a Rep!! 

I got these for 169 rupees each and as Avon showers their customers with discounts every now and then. So, if you get these at discount grab them!! By the way, they contain 150 ml each which is the same amount that we see in regular deodorants.

I have got two of these in sunset the orange one and Lagoon the blue one. They look very similar like the regular body spray or deodorant bottle but I really like their colorful, cheerfully bright packaging!

Sunset- This one is bright orange in orange which reminds me of sunset and citrus fruits like orange peel and not only this it smells like oranges too, very citrusy kind of fragrance but there are prominent hints of marigold flower as well. So, whenever I use this one. I makes me feel like I am around oranges and then the marigold flower.

Lagoon- Lagoon is like a fresh breath of air. It doesn’t have any fruity, floral, musky smell but a fresh watery fragrance with some hints of mint. It is ideal for those who want only a fresh feeling with no significant fragrance and that can control Body odour.

Staying power

So, that was how they smell which depends on you personal preference but other than that, I am not extremely impressed by these because of the one major reason that they do not last longer. Their effect is gone within  3-4 hours which I was not expecting as other sprays at a similar price, can at least last for 7-8 hours, before you need to reapply. therefore, the 24 hour claim is like not appropriate or may be by mistake they have added an extra 2 there and it was actually 4 hour protection. instead of 24 hours protection:D 

By the way, we see this time stamp kind of claims every where now. like get fairness in 3 weeks, 16 hours Long lasting lip colors, 12 hours smudgeproof formula etc etc. :D

Here, I would say there are definitely not for the summers, may be during the winters they may work, In spite of being very summery kind of fragrances.

 

Rating- 2.5 out of 5

My take- Avon senses deo Body Sprays may smell good and isn’t too strong that can make you giddy but sadly they aren’t long lasting, so if you are really a fan of such fragrances, I described above and don’t mind their low staying power, then you can go ahead and try these. Else they aren’t something which I will recommend as I don’t like spraying them after every couple of hours due to their inability to linger longer.
