My Experience: This Cetaphil cleansing lotion comes in
a square plastic bottle which isn’t a fancy packaging but has a flip top tight cap that makes sure that
even if you carry it in your bag it won’t leak.
Meet
my favorite cleanser that came like a best friend, at the time of irritated
sensitive skin with acne breakout phase. This is Cetaphil cleansing lotion which I will review today. It’s actually my third bottle so far and
it’s been like three years that I have been using this product and repurchased
too

136 INR for 125 ml with a shelf life of 24 months.
About the lotion:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 degrees C; do not freeze. Keep the
container tightly closed after use. Read the instructions carefully.

The
lotion has a medium consistency which you are supposed to use just like a
regular cleanser or your face wash. All we have to do is to massage a little of
this and then wash off with either water or a damp cotton pad. It doesn’t have
any fragrance to it but just a mild and soothing lotion.
After
cleansing with this, I have not experienced any greasiness or stretchy feeling.
I
was using this when I had a very bad break out and my skin had become very
sensitive. The best part is that it is non comedogenic, so, wont clog pores and
no blackheads or whiteheads. Now these whiteheads, buy now you might be knowing
how much I dread them. :/
Right
now, I am using Neutrogena facial cleanser which is suitable for my skin
especially in this season. But still once I remove my makeup with a makeup
remover, I always try to clean my skin with Cetaphil so as to make sure that
there isn’t anything left on the face even after makeup remover has done its
role perfectly.

I
cannot stress how much I love this and I am sure people who have sensitive skin,
they will like it as much as me though I am not sure how it will fare for very
oily skin. I think it should!!
Okay,
so let me sum up the pros and cons of this amazing Cetaphil Cleansing lotion now.
Pros:
- This Cetaphil cleansing lotion is easily available online and drugstores.
- Price is okay for 125 ml of the product and it lasts for a really long time.
- Bottle is easy to travel with and comes with a secure cap that prevents leakage.
- It has medium consistency which makes it easy to use and while massaging it.
- This cleansing lotion is very mild due to which it’s is suitable for sensitive skin also.
- Cleans the skin without stripping moisture or leaving any greasy/slimy residue.
- It can be washed off with water or can also be taken off with a damp cotton wool.
- This can be very helpful during breakout phase.
Cons:
- May not be effective for very oily skin I suppose. As there is a cetaphil cleansing lotion specially made for oily skin as well.

My take:
Don’t skip this if you have sensitive, acne prone skin. It is mild and non
comedogenic that cleanses skin very gently and effectively.
