Faces Go Chic Flamboyant Fuschia Lipstick Review and swatches

Do
you love pink lipsticks? Then you can try Faces Flamboyant Fuschia in Go chic
range. Fuschia means purplish red color and yes the lipstick is purplish red and
if I use the slang then it is hot pink color :-P. I bought it from the Faces
store at Infinity-II mall and is my third purchase from Faces after eye pencils
and eye lash curler.

My Experience: The lipstick glides smoothly and gives color
in 1-2 swipes so I believe that this one is going to last long. It brightens my
faces on application and stays for 4-5 hours without fading. If meals are taken
in between then a touch up is required.
It gets little transferred to glass or cup. Though the lipstick is creamy
in texture but it does not moisturize my lips. It makes my lips dry and settles
in the fine lines.I have to always apply lip balm before applying this
lipstick. So this lipstick should be avoided if you have chapped lips. It also
leaves my lips stained with pink color but I do not mind it. This is because
long lasting lipsticks are my favorites and I do not bother myself by
re-applying the lipsticks. I know most of you hate the lipsticks that
stain..hehe. It does not come off with plain water and lip makeup remover is
required to get rid of the lipstick remains.

I
have also felt some sensation in the throat whenever I use this…a little
heaviness and pain. Not felt the same with other lipstick brands. Do not know
if this problem is only with me.

- Beautiful color
- Glides smoothly
- 1-2 swipes are enough
- Tight cap
- Nice fragrance
- Does not feel heavy on lips
- Brightens face
Cons:
- Does not moisturize
- Dries my lips
My
take - The lipstick is a good buy for the fuschia
color. But I did not have good experience with my first Faces lipstick. I will
not recommend it but if you have used Faces lipsticks earlier and like them and
want to give a try this color then you should go for it.
