Hi Everyone,
Recently, I have got two Colorbar eye shadow one in spicy brown and in
copper crush.
I have already done the review of Colorbar
Eye shadow in Spicy brown, so this one will be more of a pictorial
review and swatches post as the product quality for both of them is the same
except for the gorgeously beautiful shades.
Quantity- 3 gm
Packaging- Regular
flip top packaging with the pan inside and the lower compartment has a dual
ended curved sponge applicator.
What
the company claims- Colorbar Eye Shadow is a pigmented powder that
gives the eyes a shine and pearl-like effect. Ultra fine in texture, it is easy
to blend while its moisturizing agent keeps your eyelids soft and smooth. This
product is long lasting and fade resistant.
My
experience-
Copper crush is a pure gold color which is satiny shimmery and easy to blend. I am a huge fan of golden and browns when it comes
to eye shadows. They look superb during the night and add that extra smokiness
to the eyes and yet being subtle. They go well with Indian traditional Outfits and every Women should have at least one Gold shadow in her vanity.
I love the
packaging but not the applicator though it looks cute but makes application a
bit difficult. So, I like to use my eye shadow brushes rather. Staying power is extremely good, even without the primer.
This color
can be used alone or in combination with any shade and can also use this color
in the inner corner or on the center of the lid.
I think
this golden color will look great with the pink or red very much like
Indian bride or you can play with your eyes by using it along with a black or
green eye shadow.
I was just wondering that why they have named it as copper crush since its a gold color with no undertone.

My take- It is a must have shade when it
comes to eyeshadow, appropriate for night outs and Indian functions and very
wearable and basic color.
Rating- 5 out of 5 (Highly recommended)
