I have these Maybelline lip bloom balms. I have already reviewed these and this time the packaging is slightly different and new but the product is the same.

I like color changing lip balms so, let’s get to know more about these beauties friends. I am a fan of Maybelline baby lips and they can be just amazing to keep the lip dryness away and to get rich moisture. These will be handy when you need color with moisturization. I have both of these two variants which are named as Pink bloom and Peach bloom.

The pink Bloom one is pinkish in color and gives a very natural color on the lips

The Peach Bloom on the other hand has a beautiful peachy color which too is a natural color. But I find that peach bloom will be less visible on the pigmented lips. Like when you have dark lips or dark complexion then you can try pink bloom while if you have fair skin or non pigmented lips then you may try any of these. 

My personal favorite is peach bloom and it shows up on my lips. I like it a lot and would wear this during the day time. The packaging is very colorful and attractive keeping in mind the young girls who would not like lipsticks or lip glosses but would like to use color changing balms for some extra color on the lips. 
These are rich in moisturization and when I apply this, I could feel the same baby lips like moisturization. Moreover, these also contain SPF 16 which is great since we will not apply sunscreen on outer lips but if your lip balms or lipstick has SPF then that will be excellent to combat the sun damage. Furthermore, I would like to give you a tip, while applying sunscreen on the face make sure you layer once on the lips too to protect them.

These two gives a beautiful natural color on my lips but this is also true that the color that shows up will be entirely dependent on the actual color of your lips. This makes my lips soft for -3 hours but at times, I do face peeling. I usually face lip peeling after few hours of using most of the lip products. But the good thing is that in spite of being a color changing lip balm that will not dry the lips.

Pigmentation is okay since they are lip balm basically so, I was not expecting too much color but there are decent I would say. Overall, this is a good everyday colored balm that teenager or young girls can try.

Rating: 4 out of 5 (-1 for not being too colored and peachy one is not much visible on pigmented lips)

Take: If you wish to get decent affordable everyday color changing lip balms with the moisturization like baby lips then these Lip Bloom Balms can be definitely tried. I liked both of them but I would also mention that if you have pigmented lips then do skip peach bloom. They are good when you do not wish to apply lipsticks.
