Hello Everyone!
Eyes are the most prominent and sensitive part of our entire face and accentuating it properly is always a task. One needs to have good quality eye products and perfect colors to let your eyes speak. I am personally not a big fan of a heavy eye makeup and have always seen people using powder eye shadows which tend to settle into crease, if not used with eye shadow primer underneath. But I came across a new substitute (Maybelline eye color tattoo) that can work as an eye shadow as well as an eye primer.

Price: Rupees 350 It comes in 8 vibrant shades.

COLOR TATTOO EYE SHADOW
For eye-catching eyes, apply on Color Tattoo Eye Shadow.
Featuring vibrant shades with 24 hour intensity, these eye shadows keep your eyes looking glamorous all day. The cream formula aids application making it extremely easy to mix, spread and blend this eye shadow.
Here’s why you’ll love it:
Ink technology creates intense, super-saturated color
Has 24 hour intensity for long-lasting wear
Cream formula smoothes on without creasing

Packaging: Maybelline color tattoo eye shadow comes in a glass pot with a black screw cap which is very convenient to carry but quite heavy as compared to other eye products.
Experience: Maybelline eye tattoo is a cream-gel based eye shadow formula which can be doubled up as an eye shadow and an eye primer. I bought two basic shades (Fierce & Tangy & Audacious asphalt) from the range just to try out and the first shade which today I am discussing about is Fierce & Tangy. Fierce & Tangy is an orange shade which contains golden shimmers in it. The color is well pigmented that can be built up as per the requirement. What I loved about this range is, its long lasting formula and these eye shadows can be used as base/primer for powder eye shadows.

Product Quality & Texture: Maybelline color tattoo in Fierce & Tangy has a creamy formula but not as creamy as face creams as it really does requires thick base for the eyes so that it lasts for long and doesn’t crease outs. It has shimmers but if you apply it light this color would work as a base and it gives a very light natural orange color to the eye lids.

Pros of Maybelline color tattoo:
Affordable
Long lasting
Works as eye shadow base & primer
Alone works as primer & eye shadow
Many colors to choose from
Fierce & Tangy is a very natural shade
Cream gel based formula
Very sturdy packaging

Cons of Maybelline color tattoo:
Has shimmers (but if it used as a base then it will not be a problem)

Rating: 4.5 out of 5

Final Take: Maybelline came up with an innovative and affordable idea for eye makeup lovers which is quite praiseworthy although many other counter parts has the same range of eye paint pots like MAC but these kind of brands are available in metros and very pricey. So, if I talk over all Maybelline has good quality and it’s an economical deal!! I am eyeing on its pink shade called pomegranate punk and bad to the bronze.
