Nivea Creme Review
Hi everyone!!
I will review this cream from Nivea,
looking at which I was transported into the time when I was a kid and my mum used to apply
this on us every morning before going to school to keep up with the winters. Since then, it's the same and
the blue metal packaging has been the same. This cutesy pack was there in the Nivea essential travel kit, that I reviewed a couple of days.. or may be weeks ago! I really liked the small tiny samples from that kit.
Claims ”The unmatched moisturiser for every skin type, for children as well as for
adults and during all seasons. NIVEA Creme provides the skin with all it needs
to stay pure, fresh and smooth. NIVEA Creme contains skin-related Eucerit a
unique moisturizing ingredient.
Skin compatibility dermatologically approved.”
Price- 200 ml pack is for 190 rupees
and the smallest 30 ml for 39 INR. Buy it HERE

Experience- I like this tiny blue
pack, it looks very nice and so sleek that could be easily slipped inside your
clutch. It isn't a tube, pump or tub but a shallow but wide pack. I like to carry a hand cream or moisturizer in my bag, clutch etc so that if in case, I had to wash
hands I can apply something to keep them hydrated! Dry hands is something I avoid and take care of.It has glycerin which is a
natural humectant, attracting moisture due to keep the skin surface hydrated.

The crème itself is very thick,
therefore a little bit makes it sufficient. It’s a cream that can be
used by your entire family and bears the characteristic mild Nivea fragrance, I have noticed the same fragrance in their Body lotions also, the blue one, I am talking about!
When used on the face, it very hydrating and moisturizes my skin but after some
time my face is all greasy and shiny, yes, even in winters. I have combination skin and these thick creams are something, I avoid but to test, I tried and as per my expectations, it is not for me!! Thankfully, it didn't break me out!! Oops I should have taken care of! It has mineral oil and I was scared that it may not cause comeodones but thankfully, it doesn't as mineral oil wont clog the pores.
Moreover, shiny skin is a Strict no
for me, Glowing skin is always welcome!

If you have dry skin then you may
try it for the face, It does helps combat dryness.
I use it for my hands and feet which
are very dry. Its thick consistency and hydrating nature keeps the dry areas
moist and supple for quite a long time! Credit goes to it's thick formula that doesn't gets wiped off quickly.
On this pack they haven't mentioned
the complete ingredients only the key ones. I will not advice oily skinned
people to use it on their face, it can be too thick and greasy for them.
I am skipping pros and cons of this
Nivea crème as I really like this products a lot. It’s a great companion to go
with the winter season.

Take- For every skin, that needs
adequate moisture and hydration, this crème can be an answer for that
requirement. Dry skinned people may use for both body and face though I will not recommend such a thick cream for the oily skinned people. It works very well on the dry areas and keeps them soft for quite a long time.
