How to get glowing skin and some skin care tips

and Glowing skin is what we want no matter what our skin complexion is. You can
get instant skin glow by facials, certain face packs etc but their results are temporary.
So,
to achieve an everlasting glowing skin you have to work your way out in incorporating
some really basic but essential things in your daily routine.
I
will share some skin care tips for glowing skin that can help you achieve the same naturally!!
1. Water-
I guess you might me reading this zillion times that drinking a lot of water
can do wonders for your skin then let me share my experience. I had very bad
acne last year and somehow they were getting terrible. The more bad they used
to get, the more depressed and annoyed I would be!! But trust me drinking water
has helped me a lot to combat the acne. So, try to drink at least 7-8 glasses
of water and do not drink before an hour going to bed as it may interrupt your
sleep and you know how!!
2. Warm water with lime
juice- Once you get up in the morning; try to drink a
glass full of lukewarm water with a teaspoonful of lemon and half teaspoonful
of honey. I do it daily and at times I skip, but never mind try to stick to it
daily, if possible. It cleanses the skin and detoxifies.
3. Eat fresh fruits-
Fruits are rich in vitamins and anti oxidants so make it a point to eat at least
a portion of fruit daily. They can do wonders for the body and skin.
4. Avoid junk-
Most of us love junk food a lot and can hardly resist chips etc but cutting
your junk intake will also keep in check the salt intake.
I
know avoiding them completely is not possible these days but can be reduced, if you are lusting for that glow on your skin Right??
5. Eat Roughage-
Try to take roughage in your diet and easiest way to take them is to by eating
salads. They are extremely important in keeping your stomach clean, well! to be
to more precise they will keep the colon clean and glowing skin is guaranteed! :D
6. Fruit face packs-
Use a fruit face pack once in a week as they are rich in Vitamins and their enzymes
also makes skin clean by reducing marks and spots. To use fruit make the
easiest way would be to mash the fruit and mix it with some honey so that it
can stick to your face properly. They are really good to bring an instant glow
to your face. I use them and love them. See here fruit face pack procedure.
7. Yoga-
Try a couple of Yoga poses that is easy. Try do them thrice at least, you can
do Dhanurasana (Bow pose)and trikonasana (Triangle pose). They are
very easy and can be done regardless of your weight. The whole process doesn’t
take more than 10 minutes but brings a difference. I think this much we can do.
Now, Most importantly, sleep for at least 7
hours. I can understand it could be difficult if you are working women with
small kids.
So, if you are thinking, how to get glowing skin then trying
these tips can certainly give you a glowing skin and the glow will definitely last

ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more as I was doing the same by using a lot of products but nothing happened and as soon as I applied the above mentioned ones in my routine, benefits were clearly visible. And also it's not for our outer beauty and healthy skin but for a healthy body as well! :)
