Bright Blue Eye makeup tutorial

Sunday! Sunday is here again; time to share an eye makeup tutorial. I did this
bright eye makeup with some magenta/pink to make the color pop a bit.

So if you
wish to know how I did it, please check out the step by step tutorial below and
the steps:
1. I used a
white pencil on my lids to make a base for the pastel blue. I had used Deborah Milano white eye pencil.
2. I blended
the white pencil on the lid and then applied a light blue shade on the inner
half of the lid with a shader/applicator brush.
3. On the
outer half of the lid below my crease, I used a shade darker than the first
shadow.
4. I used a
magenta kind of pink shade under the socket of my eyes (below the browbone). As
my eyes aren’t deep seated, this step is always a tad difficult for me. But if
you have a deep seated set of eyes, you will find it easier and lot better.:D
5. Now, on
the crease I used a navy blue shadow, which is placed between the magenta pink
and the blue. (I have used MUA poptastic palette for the look)

6 and 7. I
blended that dark navy little bit which my sigma blending brush, then realized
that magenta isn’t that visible so applied some more.
8. I used
kohl and then smudged it so as not to make it too obvious, then used the navy
blue shade under the lower lashline with blue on top of that. I also used a
white matte shadow to brighten/highlight my browbone.
9. I skipped
eyeliner so, I used a black shadow underneath the upper lashline to make them
appear thicker, followed by 2 coats of Rimmel London extra curved mascara.
So, that was
it!! We are done now!

how it looks on both my eyes. (Excuse me for that too bright pic!) and my skin is behaving really bad :(
