Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser
Hi Everyone!
I will review a face wash or cleanser today which is Neutrogena
Deep Clean Facial cleanser. This has become my current favorite as the
season has changed and my skin restored its usual oiliness. So, this cleanser
is the one that I am using these days.
Price: This Neutrogena face wash is 90
INR for 50 ml. It has a
shelf life of 36 months.
How to use:
Wet face, take Neutrogena face wash into hands and
work into lather. Massage face gently, avoiding contact with the delicate eye
area. Rinse thoroughly. If you experience dryness or irritation, use less
frequently.
Ingredients: Water,
Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Co-camidopropyl Betaine, Lauryl Glucoside, Glycerin,
Sodium Citrate, Salicylic Acid.
My Experience:
I got this Neutrogena deep facial
cleanser a month ago but have not used it as I was using my pears
fresh renewal face wash.
It’s now been a week since I have been using it. I am really
impressed with this cleanser as of now so thought it's high time to review this
one for you. Hopefully, the oily skinned beauties will love this product
as summers are approaching.

Anyways, This is a small bottle that does not come with a pump
dispenser packaging like the bigger bottle but a flip top cap that makes it
travel friendly and can easily be carried in the purse without worrying
about the leakage. The bottle is transparent so that you can see how much the
product is left.

As I said it lathers less but still while you massage it
over your face and rinse off you can actually see and feel how effectively it
has cleaned without making the skin dry.
I like this product a lot as it suits my skin but if you
have very oily skin then you may try the Foaming face wash from Neutrogena.
The most important thing that it has not break me out yet or
caused any comedones ie whiteheads in my case. It also has salicylic acid
which makes it suitable to acne prone skin. As of now, I am satisfied and happy
with this product. It’s a thumbs up product for me and the best face wash till
now for me.
Alright then, here are the quick pros and cons of this deep
clean face wash.
Pros of Neutrogena face wash:
- It is easily available in drugstores, online and supermarkets.
- Very affordable and travel friendly packaging.
- It has a very mild fragrance.
- It lathers less but does clean the skin properly.
- It does not make the skin overly drying.
- Salicylic acid as one of the ingredients makes it suitable for acne prone skin too
Cons of Neutrogena face wash:
- It may not suit very dry skin as it is specially made for normal to oily skin which doesn't make it a con actually for this product.
Rating for Neutrogena face wash:
4.5 out of 5
My Take:
Excellent cleanser that does deep clean your oily skin without making it dry
but squeaky clean. Dry skinned people should skip this(it isn't for you!!). Good price makes it a must try for normal to oily skin.
This is an awesome product Niesha and I can vouch for that. My bhabhi got an outbreak of acne right after her marriage last year as she had never used cosmetics before. I got her this and it proved like a magic potion. We had the bigger bottle.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, I agree. it is really great. I have been using it for over a week and it has made my skin not only clear but very fresh looking. I bought this smaller one for trail and now I will buy the bigger one to keep in the shower and this one in my bag.
